As the CEO of LetterNine, I lead a team dedicated to delivering top-tier IT services for busy companies and their employees. I founded LetterNine to combine the quality of enterprise-level service with the personal touch of small business care. Our expertise lies in creating customizable, cost-effective IT solutions tailored to your needs.

With over 25 years of experience, I’ve helped hundreds of small to medium-sized businesses in Northeast Ohio, the Charlotte Metro area, and beyond achieve greater efficiency and happier workplaces through our IT solutions.

We built LetterNine around one core idea: business IT should be easy. That means no offshore runarounds, no unpredictable fees, and no reactive chaos. Just security-first, locally delivered support that keeps your team productive and your systems protected.

In my free time you can find me instructing students in small airplanes and flying across the country in my general aviation aircraft (I was voted most likely to get distracted by airplanes.)

It’s my goal to remove the fiction and confusion that comes along with IT for high growth and busy companies. At LetterNine, we’re all about turning complex tech challenges into smooth, straightforward solutions that keep your team happy and productive.

I’m passionate about helping business professionals navigate and digest the vast world of IT through digestible and efficient solutions. In my free time, I love sharing the joy of aviation with others, using my private pilot's license to embark on new adventures and see the world from a different perspective.

As the Chief Commercial Officer at LetterNine, I work closely with clients to design, build, and maintain technology solutions tailored to their needs. I've been part of the LetterNine family for over 20 years, and currently, I call Charlotte, NC home.

Before joining LetterNine, I served as the CIO of a regional insurance company in Ohio and spent over a decade as a management consultant with Ernst & Young, where I focused on project management for technology initiatives. I hold a BA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of Management.

Outside of work, you'll often find me enjoying myself on the golf course, playing tennis, or exploring new travel destinations.
